I created The Wellness Grove in 2021 after my husband's cancer diagnosis. Because of his journey I focus on an integrative approach to health. As a Registered Dietitian who has practiced for almonst a decade in Pennsylvania, it is my mission to help my community feel good about how they move and nourish their body and also know where their food comes from. I grew up on my family farm in Lancaster, Pennsylvania raising cattle, chickens and tending our garden. Most of my time is spent either outside in the sunshine or in the kitchen! Growing up in Lancaster-Dutch country with a Filipina mother required me to develop a cooking style which is natural, creatively unique and keeps my taste buds on the edge of their seats.
The first half of my dietetic career was spent as a Supermarket Dietitian in Philadelphia. I love to help individuals and families plan their grocery shopping and encourage healthy and realistic changes in their lives. Connecting with local farmers and markets fits perfectly with my love of food, but more importantly educates me on my admiration for how food is grown, harvested and cooked.
I am also a proud co-founder of the Elizabethtown Farmers Market, Co. establishing this 501(c)(3) non-profit in 2023 where we launched our first Farmers Market season May 1, 2024. Here we focus on health, education and access to locally produced goods to support the health of our local community.
I have lived in and loved Philadelphia for seven years, yet after the pandemic, my country roots have called for my return back home. My husband and I are excited to get our hands dirty as the 8th generation on my family farm!
My passion is rooted in helping people live healthier lives while exploring new foods and having fun eating our way to good health and longevity! I focus on intuivite eating principles and approach all eating experiences with this framwork. As a yoga instructor, I emphasize the mind-body connection by focusing on mindfulness, mindful movement and mindful eating for a deepened introceptive approach.

I am a registered dietitian and certified personal trainer from Southern Lancaster County. Physical activity has been a huge part of my life since I was a child. Whether it was wakeboarding, snowboarding, field hockey, or HIIT workouts, I was constantly captivated by how the body responds and adapts to movement and training. In my teenage years I began to realize the impact nutrition also had on my body and the way I could perform and feel. This realization sparked a new fascination—the power of food. It's this fascination that has led me to merge my passion for physical activity and nourishment as a personal trainer and registered dietitian. I love to share my passion with others and be a part of their journey in food and physical activity, by creating individualized solutions for clients that provide longevity and power to help them reach their overall wellness goals.
My passion for health and wellness grew deeper at Penn State University where I received my bachelors degree in nutritional sciences and became the only female personal trainer on campus at the time. Although I’m no longer on campus everyday I will still always be a Nittany Lion at heart! WE ARE!
Following my undergraduate work, I participated in my dietetic internship through Sodexo where I spent 10 months in various areas in the field of nutrition. Throughout my rotations, I was an intern at The Wellness Grove where I reaffirmed my passion for working with individuals in reaching their personal goals with evidence based nutrition information. I loved The Wellness Grove so much as an intern that I never wanted to leave, which is what has led me here today. I am elated to introduce myself as the newest team member of The Wellness Grove! I can’t wait to continue working with clients and bring a new aspect to the team with personal training services!
As a registered dietitian and personal trainer, my mission is to provide individualized solutions that prioritize sustainable lifestyle changes, reject dieting, and view food as fuel through intuitive eating approaches and personalized workouts. Thank you for welcoming me with open arms and I am looking forward to a future of being a part of your wellness journey!

As a graduate of Lebanon Valley College (LVC) with a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Elementary Education and Special Education, I am passionate about helping others! Throughout most of my life, I was student-athlete and you could find me as the soccer goalkeeper at LVC's Women's Soccer Team. While my soccer days are over, in my free time I enjoy playing pickleball, taking walks with my husband and 3 dogs and going to the gym. I have recently found a love and passion for making sourdough bread and enjoy any type of creative outlet. I previously taught Elementary and Middle School Special Education for five years and continue to follow my passion by working with adults with disabilities, and instruct driving lessons.
My key role at TWG is being a helpful administrative assistant, supporting client scheduling, on-boarding and the production of workshop and classes. With a strong focus on client interaction and efficient office management, my hope is to make each visit as seamless as possible. I strive to ensure that all clients feel comfortable, supported and empowered as they take charge of their health journey, with the help of TWG's team and expertise.
