Vinyasa Yoga

Yoga is a part of Nikita's daily practice. 

Through yoga and meditative breathing, she has been able to help quiet her mind from any life stressors and anxiety which has helped her feel relaxed and restored. While yoga does focus on moving the body through various poses, this practice has a special emphasis on the mind and breath. Upon her husband, Drew finishing his cancer treatment a couple years ago, Nikita decided to fully pursue her passion of yoga and began her yoga teacher training to better support them as they entered survivorship. Yoga is now a part of their daily life, waking up and practicing yoga to start their day to help them feel grounded, balanced and grateful. 

Nikita's training and teachings are based on vinyasa style yoga which connects the movement of the body with the breath to help you restore balance in the body and mind.
